I concentrate on understanding and improving media interventions designed to support young people and their caregivers in today’s digital world. My research addresses crucial topics like media literacy, digital skills, and safe online practices. By reviewing scientifically evaluated interventions, my goal is to identify effective strategies that foster resilience and responsible digital engagement among youth. This work aims to inform future policies and guide research efforts that address the unique challenges and needs faced by today’s younger generations in digital spaces.
My personal drive in my work is to make a positive impact on how young people navigate and thrive in an increasingly digital world. I’m motivated by the potential to empower youth with the skills and awareness they need to engage safely and responsibly online. Knowing that my research can contribute to shaping effective interventions and policies that support the well-being of both young people and their caregivers keeps me committed to this field.
